The Bylaws of the Association contain provisions for regulating and managing the affairs of the Association. Click on the Bylaws tab to the left to see the current bylaws.

The Secretary of the Association records the minutes of all the annual and special meetings held by the Association. The annual meeting is generally held on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They then type up the minutes and mail them out to Association members along with the agenda for the next upcoming annual meeting and the dues form. By clicking on the tabs to the left, you can read the meeting minutes and agenda of the last annual meeting. The dues form appears under the main heading Membership and Dues.
