Board of Directors

Subject to directives of annual and special meetings, and the by-laws of the Association,  the Board of Directors shall have authority over the affairs and assets of the Association. The Board of Directors consists of six members of the Association elected at large. Officers shall be a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer. All officers shall be chosen from the Board of Directors by majority vote of the Board of Directors. At each annual meeting an election shall be held to elect members to the Board of Directors whose terms have expired.
